You'll want to understand the various strategies available, the players involved, the terminology, lending requirements and how to evaluate your financing options. You also need to know your options for protecting your assets, something that if you don't get right can devastate your business. Start your business with clarity and confidence by building a strong foundation.
  
  
• PRACTICE 2: BUY RIGHT
  While it's possible to buy a property wrong and still come out ok in the end...the better play is to learn to buy right from the start. You'll realize profits sooner, have fewer unintended consequences and even retain tenants longer. How and what you buy can mean the difference between you achieving your financial goals in 25 years or in 10.
  
  Buy right. The sessions during Practice 2 can help you learn to do just that.
  
  
• PRACTICE 3: LEASE RIGHT
  Leasing right can mean the difference between you having a profitable rental business and, well....not. Lease wrong and you can spend ALOT of time managing people and the things that non-caring people do. It's NOT a sustainable situation.
  
  The sessions in Practice 3 focus on best practice for leasing right from day one of your business.
  
  
• PRACTICE 4: MANAGE SMART!
  Buying right and leasing right are two of the pillars for creating a profitable rental business...but that’s not all it takes. You also have to manage smart in order to keep everything flowing the way it’s supposed to.
  
  If you manage crappy, buying well and attracting good tenants won't save you. The sessions in Practice 4 show you how to bring the tenant management, property maintenance and administrative aspects of your business together for maximum effectiveness.
  
  
• PRACTICE 5: GROW STRATEGICALLY
  Growing strategically is the fun part. Learning the rules (read...tax laws) takes you along the path of those I like to call the well-informed. Become well informed and you'll learn how to grow your business to its greatest potential with the least amount of tax liability.
  
  What's possible starts to look different when you become strategic in your thinking and actions. The sessions during Practice 5 focus on learning the rules so you can join the well-informed.
  
  
• How it Works:
  
  Weekly 1 hour sessions via Zoom for 12 weeks. Must have consistent access to a computer or smartphone to view session materials.
